Maybe, from the outside, life looks fine. And yet, somewhere inside, you know there is more. More ease. More joy. More connection. More possibility.
Perhaps you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, questioning your relationships or choices, or simply wondering, “Is this really how I want to experience my life?” If you’re ready to listen to that quiet knowing and explore what else could be possible for you, I’d love to walk alongside you.
I’m Ruchika Handa—a life coach, Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator, mum to three kids, and someone who is a little crazy about making moments happen. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—working, studying, teaching, being an entrepreneur, parenting, and working with people and their bodies. Through all of these experiences, one thread has continued to fascinate me: the ways we communicate beyond words.
I’m curious about what our bodies are saying, what we sense without being told, and how this often-unspoken communication shapes our relationships, parenting, work, health, and the way we experience life. And no, I’m not talking about anything complicated or mystical. Think about the way a parent knows something is different with their baby before the baby says a word. We naturally notice a shift in posture, expression, energy, breath, movement. We sense. We respond. We communicate.
That same awareness can open up so much more possibility in our everyday lives.
The Way I see Possibility
I see myself as an open-hearted seeker and thinker. I’m endlessly curious about people, about life, and about what becomes possible when we are willing to ask a different question. To become curious about what else might be possible.
I believe questions can create movement. They can interrupt old patterns, open new perspectives, bring unexpected realisations, and create the Awareness that make meaningful change possible. For me, awareness isn’t something you wear like a badge of honour, talk about over coffee, or collect from seminars. It is much more ordinary—and much more powerful. It is your own inner magic. It is being present enough to notice what is really going on. To listen. To question. To choose.
And perhaps most importantly, it is finding your way back to gratitude and humility. I am deeply grateful for the challenges I have encountered in my own life. They have stretched me, shaped me, and brought me closer to the woman I am today.
So, I don’t see myself as someone who has all the answers.
I’m someone who loves exploring the questions with you.
What could change if you stopped looking for the “right” way and started listening to what is true for you?
What questions can we explore for YOU that take you on your journey of Living Joyfully.
