Ask yourself this question: What is stopping you from accessing that energy of joy within you ?

Did you come up with reasons like: I don’t know how to, or I don’t have time time, or I don’t believe in it…and none of them really really struck home!!

Let’s switch on our Awareness language, right here, right now!

STEP 1: Know that the gateway to your awareness is through joy and joyful living. This a game changer, especially when you’re in a demanding job, family situation and there isn’t much to feel joyful about, until after you are done with the day, right? The pressure and stress kind kill the joy, right?

STEP 2: You gotta reset the JOY button here. Joy is all around us, in moments, minutes, hours and days! Start spotting it in your daily living. A fluttering butterfly, a beautiful leaf, flower, a friend’s hug, a hot coffee… whatever it is that made you feel good. You don’t have to stop in your tracks to do this. Please continue with your day! Look after your kids, be at work, submit that deadline, catch that train, get your groceries…. and everything else that makes your day!

 

Once, the mind starts tuning into to joy over and over again, it actually starts picking up on your inner joy! Your thoughts are kinder, happier and you are more at ease.
In this space, you discover a vibration of something touching you, ask yourself: What is this?

So let’s ask the question again: What is this?
This is your awareness language speaking to you.

“Being aware of this allows us to nurture ourselves with ease and elegance.”

Now just get your Awareness

  • While switching from one language to the other.
  • Talking.
  • It’s your attention/awareness on your action of using the two languages, nothing is required to be “done” here.

        . You switched the “ON MODE” of your Awareness around your spoken languages


        And are NOW talking Awareness too!

Feeling adventurous? : Bring your Awareness to more “actions” : Eating, breathing, walking, shopping, driving…..
A day has so much going on.. you’ll be surprised at what shows up when you start adding awareness!
Remember : Nothing is excluded from Awareness

Worst case scenario:  You may not feel, hear, see or sense your Awareness . That’s ok. Simply acknowledge that you’ve kept it on the “Silent Mode” for a long time! have fun speaking it, whether or not you sense it, you are, speaking Awareness. With a little time, you will sense it…..

Best case scenario: Your Awareness and you hit it off and you simply start becoming aware!
