Did You Know Awareness Is Our First Language?
Unless you aren’t speaking, hearing, sensing this language, your self care is incomplete. Take a shot at this question: If you have a pet, don’t you feel lighter the moment you are with it? And do you feel in sync with each other? Don’t you feel understood, and doesn’t it convey its feelings to you equally clearly?
Self Care is not only when you feel connected with your inner self during your ME time, but through your entire day.
Awareness Revolution
Years ago the founder of Access Consciousness® Gary Douglas began what I call an Awareness Revolution. It’s a way of living that reconnects, rekindles and empowers you to live with your awareness. He said something that was a turning point for me. And had a big influence on my pursuit of having a life I deeply desired, of fulfilling my true purpose. “We are given this life to experience consciousness, and instead let our mind lead us”
So what do we have to be or do in our crazily paced, overflowing lives?
We are taught to excel at communicating with our mind language as if we can’t live without it!
Sure! As tiny babes, in its’ mothers arms, we looked at them and said, “Hey mom, dad, I’m here!”
But, the truth is quite contrary, isn’t it!
Your bond as a parent with your child is a primal communication without words that you felt when you held it in your arms for the first time, just as your parents would have experienced.
You “talked” with an awareness of each other’s body language, emotions and feelings, because the words, and talking came later…..
Am I touching some triggers as you are reading this?? I did, right? You do have a sense of knowing that you are familiar with this language. You’ve spoken it, in a way that your mind cannot know cognitively, but your inner person, your being knows very well.
PS: When you live with awareness you THRIVE..
